Since 1994, I have studied and practiced the art, technology, and philosophies of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Buddhism, Vipassana Meditation, Zen Meditation, and Transcendental Meditation. I am certified by the 3HO Organization to teach Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, and am also certified by the Radiant Child Yoga Program to teach Yoga to children. I am also an energetic healer, (www.michellefrandsen.com). Since 2001, I have been teaching others how to heal themselves and live happier, healthier lives.
In 2001, I established Yoga World, school for yoga, to bring my unique program to children, teens, and adults in San Diego.
In my experience there is no greater re-connection we can make as human beings than to open our hearts, still and quiet our minds, be students of the Universe, and discover our truth and purpose here on this planet.
